Use of Services

  • We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since our products are made fresh to order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once the order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Allergen Notice

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, nuts, and soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and contact us before ordering if there are any allergy concerns.

Storage & Handling

Our chocolates are perishable and must be stored in the refrigerator upon delivery. We are not responsible for any quality issues resulting from improper storage or delayed receipt of the delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM across the UAE. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order. If a re-delivery is required due to a missed delivery, additional charges may apply.

Hot Weather Disclaimer

During warmer months, we take extra care in packaging. However, due to the nature of chocolate, we cannot guarantee that products will not be affected by heat if not refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds except in cases of damage or defect reported immediately upon delivery, with photo evidence provided.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, images, text) belongs to Trou.ae or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
